We all have spent decades in the ‘traditional’ game industry at big studios. We’ve slept at our desks, watched the sun come up behind our monitors, and we’ve spent way too much of our lives in meetings. At Third Time we are building the company we always wanted to work for. Flat managerial structure. Few / no meetings. No corporate overhead. Autonomy at every role. Regular gaming sessions.

Creating games is our life-force, a hobby we turned into a career. We don’t want to turn it into a job.

Hybrid Office Environment

Our headquarters is in Orlando, Florida, and we love working in person, but we have many members working remote and fully support remote or local hiring.

We have zero tracking and PTO accrual systems in place. If you want a day off, you just take it. No overhead.
